The thing is Pac never once said himself though that he would agree to the drug tests, it was Roach and other people saying that. The man knows his own body and we also know the fact is that Pac has never failed a single drug test and nobody even questioned it until Floyd snr said it. It just wouldn't happen in any other aspect of life that someone would have to prove they are innocent with no evidence, could you imagine a fellow colleague at your job accussed you of stealing something and then your boss said well prove you didn't do it before asking the person making the accusations to prove you did. Just wouldn't happen.

The bottom line here for me is that boxing commisions need to wake up and as quickly and as fast as they can, move toward up to date random and urine testing for all world class upper echelon fighters.

.....Mayweather dropping his testing demands is'nt going to help boxing work toward fairness and safety to all fighters!

I've heard of the NYSAC bringing up better drug protocol.....but I have'nt read or heard of Nevada working to do the same.

Thats really shameful of Nevada, considering that it is there where boxing's biggest fights are staged!:-(

Boxing needs one big fight to get the ball rolling toward fairness and better drug testing in boxing........the Mayweather-Mosley fight is a good start, but what better than what many are speculating will be the richest fight in boxing history???

Mayweather should stand by his guns and make certain that everyone of his fights involves random blood and urine testing........to the rest of the fighters who turn down random blood and urine, they should be ashamed of themselves for not participating in the effort to clean up a sport thats already corrupt at its core.

no he will not..Floyd has said he wont budge...Manny will not budge either...just a shame that every other fighter in the world would be willing to take the tests but Manny isn't...fans miss out on a good fight cuz Manny doesn't want to swallow his pride and take a test he knows he can pass (or could he??.....)

    Quote:
Floyd - It has to be Olympic style, random drug testing, done by the USADA. That means urine and blood up to the day of the fight.
Manny - Okay, but I want 50/50, 8 oz. gloves, and $10 million per pound if you come in overweight.
Floyd - No problem. See you March 13th. Sign here.
Manny - Uh... wait a minute. No I'm scared of needles.
    Floyd - Tattoos.
Manny - Well it weakens me. No fight. Fight's dead. Maybe I'll go fight Foreman.
Floyd - Wait a minute! Come back here! Where are you going?
Manny - (Over his shoulder) Nope... and I don't like the USADA either!
Floyd - Fine, no USADA. Come back.
Manny - Nope. You don't wanna fight me. Hmmm, maybe I can fight Malignaggi instead.
Floyd - Malignaggi!? Look, “what we’re saying, and what is important to us, is four things — that the tests be random, that they include blood and urine and the time frame, meaning when do you stop the tests before the fight but know they will still be effective."
    Manny - Fine! I don't know what a steroid is, but I want a 30 day cut-off.
Floyd - Here's a video of you having your blood drawn 24 days before the Hatton fight. But it's cool. How about a 14-day cut-off.
Manny - Damn! 24 days huh? Okay, 24 day cut-off.
Floyd - C'mon Manny. 14 days is reasonable. That's right in the middle.
Arum - Floyd never offered 14 days.
Judge - Floyd offered 14 days.
Arum - Damn it! Yeah he's right. Floyd did offer 14 days. But he knew we wouldn't take it. He's psychic you know.
Manny - Nope! Fight's off! You wouldn't take 24 days. You don't wanna fight me. Floyd is scared everybody. I'm gonna fight Joshua Clottey. However I am going to talk about Floyd thrice daily, imitate him, and waste everyone's time.
Kellerman - You just worked the heavy bag for 12 rounds. Do you want to fight Floyd?
Manny - I wanna fight Shane Mosley.
    Fans -

THAT POST ABOVE = EVERY PAC FAN AND THEIR MOM BEING OWNED..

Its not about Pac proving innocence, its about the other guy making sure he's in there with a clean fighter. The air of suspicion surrounding Pac and his team have to do with their inconsistencies concerning this matter from the beginning. If they have anything to prove at this point its not because of the Mayweather's. This is not the first time in boxing that one fighter requested additional steroid testing in an upcoming match.
