Will Mayweather fight the winner of Canelo-Trout in September?

Never understood why so many people solely use weight to assume someone is bigger. It's ridiculous. Every boxer has a different body type, different skeleton, different metabolism, different work ethic and grow at different rates throughout their careers. It's ridiculous.

Perfect sense? When does high-risk make perfect sense to Floyd. Here, I'll come out and say it. Floyd will not fight the winner of Alvarez-Trout. I can predict the future.

**** Floyd himself could lose his next fight and then retire. Nothing is a sure bet.

Gamboa and Juan Manuel Lopez were both under Arum and both really wanted to fight eachother. It'd be pretty safe to bet my house on that fight happening, but it never did

They weigh the same in the ring. Mayweather is tall and slender, Pac is short and stocky.

 

Not sure why you brought those visuals. My question was if you base everything on weight? May is not the same size as Pac IMO. May is bigger overall. Maybe you and Lester were talking about something else, not sure. I just don't agree that weight means you have an overall size advantage or even an advantage in a fight.

By the way, Oscar and Pac weigh'd the same on fight night, according to the visual (actually Pac was a bit heavier). Are they the same size?

 

Hagler 157.5, Duran 156.5. It's an exaggerated example, but you get my drift. Pac was world class at 122, and he wasn't exactly Caballero there. Even Donaire outsizes his opponents worse at 122.

 

Perfect example. The weight is the same but it's obvious Duran is the overall smaller man.
