I highly doubt his incarceration was something new or out of the blue. His legal team had to expect this, considering how close the reservation of the MGM and his sentencing were.

Most millionaires don't go to jail for pleading out to misdemeanor offenses. As all the felonies got reduced to misdemeanors, you don't expect much or any jail time. From knowing you have a range of 2 days to 18 months, his whole legal team was probably counting on the 2 days plus fines and community service. I believe he'll fight in June sometime, maybe July, and then at the end of the year.

- His legal team are not privy to information indicating the length of the sentence intended to be imposed. Any talk of ducking via jail time is beyond ridiculous.

 

As is reason in relation to *******s. These people claim the he used the blood test to avoid the fight, but he knew the pac would refuse. Even after they said they would have no problem with any testing. Also they claimed that pac filed the lawsuit to force floyd to fight.
