He didn't fall, he didn't get clocked. he ran into a punch which knocked him off balance, his glove touched the ground but the referree did not rule it as so. That's actually pretty much end of story. Referree didn't rule it in the absence of a clear kd. guess what. It didn't happen. Now. Move on to another subject please

Just because the ref didn't call it doesn't mean it didn't happen. LOL *****s are so ****ing delusional it is amazing.

I'll admit 2 of Pacs knockdowns on Algieri were slips. A ***** would never do that, they would say floid sweat in the spot on purpose and guided him there so he would fall.

But the ref called them knockdowns so they were clearly knockdowns.:D:patsch

It was actually a jab, and Mayweather ran into it. Not really the point though, as in AGAIN. It was questionable at best, upto the referree's ruling. He didn't rule it one..

    :hi:

Actually, yeah it does mean it didn't happen. It was'nt a clear kd, so it is absolutely upto the referree's ruling of a knockdown or not. You are sounding more and more like an idiot, everytime you say it. :hi:

That is not what you said.. Everyone can go see what you said.. You must have been hating do hard that you forgot to add that part.. It was ruled a slip if anyone like it or not.. People go by what's official not by personal opinion or what should haves.. One of those "it could have gone either way" moments.. If you can't agree, then there's no need to proceed with this thread...

It was a knockdown. Steele erred in ruling it a slip. He didn't see Mayweathers glove touch the canvas because he was behind him. He knew he saw something but he did'nt know what it was. He ruled a slip but failed to wipe the gloves. That right there tells you he did'nt see the glove touch down. Mayweather was momentarily stunned but not hurt. If you get hit and any part of you other than your feet touch the canvas that is a knockdown. You don't have to be hurt to be knocked down. A lot of guys get knocked down from insignificant shots when both feet are off the canvas.

I'm glad you admitted that, but I wanna call attention to the last thing you said. The ref called them knockdowns, so they are clear knockdowns. They were slips, you know they were slips, I know that, Pac knew that. But they were called knockdowns, so that's what they were.

Floyd's touching of the glove was ruled a slip, no knockdown. So, that's what it was.

Cotto ran for the last part of the fight! Which why anyone that saw that fight knew that if Cotto fought Margarito he would be done.

Shane did not have the legs to catch Cotto, had Shane been a few years younger he would have taken Cotto out.

I just hope that the fight goes through.

Teddy Atlas predicted that this fight would never happen. And has made that statement many times. So that has me worried about the fight actually happening.
