He wont based on what he has done so far but if he comes back and beats all of the relevant top challengers he will most definitely be in the conversation. He is only 29 with a lot of options and could be around another 10 years and build on that already impressive resume but I suspect the rest of his career will be based pretty much on which fights make him the most money
If it ain't all nonsense and speculation He might be bang in trouble, if the rumours he set about a well known Irish villain in that boozer are true, and now they are demanding £900,000 off him Dangerous men he set about if true, course it could all be bullshine but if he has then he's just brought heaps of unnessecary attention on himself, and silly, he's in the business of controlled violence in the cage, not no-morals violence out on the pavements
If GSP beats Whitaker and maybe another big name at 185 it will be VERY hard for Conor to top that resume. Also we have Stipe at HW and if he gets several more defenses and some big names then he’s DEFINITELY in the running.
He was meant to have hit graham the wig whelans father who is associated with the kinahan gang Rumour is they are demanding 900k compensation . Not that mUch to a superstar like McGregor, but things could turn nasty to people associated to McGregor who still live local if money isn't paid If all true of course
Isn't fighting enough, and isn't facing the best opposition. After taking out Aldo at 145, he was protected and given soft touches with Diaz twice at the higher weights, instead of fighting the best available opposition. He showed he could still take out good smaller men when he beat Alvarez, but come on. Nobody believes he would do that **** to a quality striker or grappler his size. I think Barbosa would beat McGregor, and Ferguson, and Khabib definitely would. I'd take Frankie Edgar over him too.
