I know he looked like crap the other night, but he's winning again. He's not beating Usyk and probably too old to wait him out, but maybe he can target Okolie at Bridger, or fight for the WBA bridger belt?

I hope he finds his way to a Bridger title at least. I liked his father, and I still like him.

He is very unlucky and don't have anyone to back him up.

He beat Bakole, Kuzmin, had a good fight with Povetkin. He had a good chin and skills.

He needs one good name to return.

    My bet will be Zhang.

    He's looked crap since 2021. He's done.

Anybody who confers the slightest bit of legitimacy on any "bridger" title should be blinded, castrated, shot and pissed-on.
    In that order.

If we were talking 2018/2019 Hunter I agree. But he looks spent. He's not beating Zhang looking how he's looked.

Well thats why it would be an upset. I believe he's done, but he always had the skills it's discipline. Perhaps just maybe he can turn his career around but it's unlikely

Yeah. Zhang is very beatable if you can stand with him for the first 5 rounds, making him tire.

If he could ever actually get active, then hes a good fight for pretty much anyone.

Considering his career, thats a big IDF though

Unlikely. He's well into his thirties and seems to have settled nicely into fringe contender status. Soon, he'll be a gatekeeper most likely

He's 35, not looked good since the Povetkin fight 4.5 years ago and he's feasting on journeymen. It seems that controversial draw with Povetkin took away any ambition he had, he no longer believes he can get a fair shake and so is basically just fighting for a pay check.

It's a shame, he was a good fighter, genuine top 10 material who could have been involved in some big fights with Matchroom as he was previously not adverse to fighting anyone, anywhere.

35 years old, he lost his previous fight before Chaney, and hasn't done much of note since drawing with Povetkin 4.5 years ago.

I could see Top Rank/ESPN bringing him in vs Jared Anderson......maybe in another year.

He needs to get a move on, he looks sloppy, but he is better than he looks based on results against opponents, if he hadn’t fought Bakole, I certainly wouldn’t pick him against him, but he did beat him, so it proves he’s better than he looks, but I don’t know how good he is.
