    Where's Amsterdam?

I still haven't seen anyone besides him have the guts to really eat crow besides him for jumping on the Mijares bandwagon.

    You know who you are.

I'm assuming this is on Mexican TV.

I don't see it listed as being on Box Azteca America.

Are we not going to be able to see this outside the EUM? :verysad

Cermeno beat him fair and square the first time IMO.

    Mijares just looked unfocused.

Are you pretty familiar with Mijares style then? It wasn't just the usual head-scratching on the part of the judges not understanding his effective work?

    What effective work?

Mijarea had his momnets but Cermeno did a more effective work IMO.Mijare's defense looked very leaky and he was getting hit a lot.
I had it close for Cermeno,116-113.
Mijares just looked unfocused, probbaly took him lightly like he usually does, maybe the moving up in weight affected him too.
But if he doesn't win the rematch it's over for him as a top fighter.

Don't know about Amsterdam, think he left ESB when Darchinyan kicked God's ass, but despite I thought Cristian beat Cermeno in the first time, yeah, I gotta agree: Mijares is on the way down unfortunately.

Don't know about the 2nd fight though, haven't seen it, but there's a Venezuelan guy who scored it for Mijares, so who knows. I opened this thread for the warning of crap judging, but I'm not ready comment on this Saturday's scoring just yet.

yeah, dunno how they assign the judges??, arent there so many boxers who somewhat knows how to score/judge? better them than someone who didnt even touch a glove in his life..
