    Yes black people can be racist as well, the idea that black people cannot be racist, stems from the fact that Caucasian males dominate the United States, and control and influence the masses. BUT not every white person dominates people, the average white engineer, or the average white guy out in the streets does NOT have any control or influence over black people....Kovalev does not have any control over black people :deal
