Will Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler be the most one sided unification match of all time ?

I can't think of one, not sure how much money to put on Inoue winning by KO in the first two rounds ?

I don't want to scare you off of a very potentially winning bet, but Butler runs away a lot. I'd watch his fight vs Sultan. While he has his legs, he's pretty hard to hit clean. On the other hand, he runs straight to the ropes, and Inoue loves beating people on the ropes.

It'll be one sided for as long as it goes, but Butler will do his best to keep it going, by running to the ropes.

Numbers say that picking Inoue to win inside two rounds is quite risky. He has won just eight of his 23 fights that way and, as @JunlongXiFan intimated, Butler is not necessarily a 'you hit me and then I'll hit you' kind of fighter.

Yeah, I agree with you runners are hard to pin down. Stylistically the most difficult to dissect but a few body shots will take Buttles sauna world champion legs away and have him tender ready to take out.

    This.

Butler ain't winning, but he's mobile enough that he may last into the later rounds.

It's still reasonable to believe that Inoue will find a way to get him out of there in under 5, though.
