What Oscar needs to do is finish off the Chavez family once and for all. You forgot to mention that Tito and Oscar could not agree on a weight for the fight...that was the final factor in the fight not happening as Tito did not want to come down in weight....also, your comment on Oscar wanting to fight smaller guys...what weight class did he originally start out in...hasn't he moved up in weight to beat heavier fighters...wow, like I said, your comments are extremely one sided. I don't think he is going to be top 10 P4P. He has some good eaarly wins against the likes of Molina, Relules, and Qurtay but he lost to his best opoents like Trindad,Mosley and Mayweather. A convenceing win over a big name like Cotto would raise his stock, but I'm not sure it will be enough to get him in to the top 10.
