Such a complete BS myth. Where were all these African Americans he was supposed to fight ? Mark Johnson and Tim Austin where always a weight class below so there was no demand for those fights. In the Featherweight days find me one African American more important then fighting Juan Manuel Marquez, Marco Antonio Barrera or Erik Morales ? I never liked his choice to fight David Diaz for a Lightweight title as Nate Campbell or Joel Casamayor would have been tougher but seriously its Nate Campbell noboddy was ducking him, Pac just had more important things in mind. DLH was considered a huge risk, everyone wanted to see Pac fight Ricky Hatton at 140 noboddy wanted to see him fight an unproven Timothy Bradley, Miguel Cotto was a fight the whole world wanted. So theres 2 guys recently Shane Mosley and Floyd Mayweather very recent history meaning like the last 3 months does not mean he has a history of ducking African American fighters there simply just werent many notable ones out there 140 and below.
