If Ortiz defeats Floyd then PAC vs Ortiz is possible after PAC KTFO JMM in November. One problem tho, Floyd has a rematch clause with Ortiz. I hope Ortiz brutally KOs Floyd so that Floyd will not ask for an immediate rematch. Just hoping... But PAC vs Floyd is also acceptable to me.
Pac murders everybody @ 147 but they are shot fighters. Other guys struggle vs shot fighters barely win and get voted for P4P. Froch beats Jermaine Taylor and Glen Johnson. Nobody makes things one sided like Pacquiao does. No matter who he faces at 147 he will not lose in 2011 or 2012.
If/when Ortiz loses to Floyd, Pacquiao will not take that fight for two reasons: a) Victor Ortiz would still be the livest dog to tango with Pac since Cotto and b) he's Golden Boy, so no in house profiting. Then again, who woulda thought: de la Hoya- 18 months later Hatton- 18 months later Mosley-12 months later Every time I remember that... who knows?
He will fight Bradley or Mike Jones. Unless Ortiz beats Floyd then maybe GBP and Arum can put their differences aside and make that fight happen but then again if Ortiz beats Floyd the most likely scenario is an immediate rematch.
Would actually hope for Pacquiao to fight Ortiz provided he wins or loses by decision and makes a good account of himself and doesn't get knocked out. No shame in losing to Mayweather or Pacquiao. However I would rather they fight each other afterwards, but this fight is more likely.
