We all saw how Cotto was able to knockdown Clottey with a single jab but will Pac be able to knock Clottey down with a sing straight left?

if he times him rushing in then maybe, Cotto did it. Only problem is Pacquiao doesn't sit down on his punches so its probably doubtful that would happen. I call Clottey waves the flag after 10 from the persistent barrage of speed and power

At this point Pacquiao's timing is that good. It's certainly not impossible, although unlikely. He'd have to catch Clottey in precisely the same manner Cotto did, right at the tipping point of Josh's balance. He'll need Clottey's help to do it.

I definetly think its possible because Clottley tends to hope whenever he throws punches, especially hooks.

if cotto can do it, its a possibility.but a KO is very unlikely.

I beleive paquiao can but it's going to be difficult because clottey is tough as nails and has pretty good defense.but u never know because
paquiao throws punches from different angles that he might be able to catch clottey and send him to the canvas

Dont think so, that was a freshly painted canvas in the Cotto-Clottey fight and it factored in Clottey going down. Pacquaio IMO won't knock him down.

no he will not, big difference when your feet are squared and you get hit and have no legs behind you.if pac wants to bank on hiting him square to make him fall good luck.

the answer is no and always will be no.clottey want trip, stumble or fall.

    It's possible. Probably won't happen.

I dont think so, i think a bit too much is being put into the Cotto knockdown, Cotto and Clottey could fight 10 more times and i dont think that situation would happen again, it was just one of those things.

Think Gatti vs Ward 2, when Gatti put Ward down.... They could fight 10 more times and that aint happening again, sometimes the stars line up and certain things just happen, and i think a bit too much is being put into the fact that Cotto knocked Clottey down.

I dont think Clottey is put down once against Pac, and ill be suprised if he gets seriously hurt.

way to much, people dont know boxing if they cant tell or even see when a fighters feet are squared.geting hit while your feet are squared will put you on ur ass more times then not.no matter who you fight.
