If the fight goes ahead will the Pacman do a job on Josh and stop him?

Two things to consider here when assessing the way the fight could go: Clottey can get (and is) lazy at times and Pacquiao is crazy fast. Considering Clottey's granite chin, I predict a late TKO on accumulation for Pacquiao in the final rounds.

    No, he won't.

    Pac with a lop-sided decision.

Pacquaio will beat Clottey to a pulp. I know Clottey is a tough guy with a good chin, but I can see the ref stopping it at some point, probably around 8 or 9.

Cotto dropped Clottey with a punch he didn't see coming. Pac punches from all these crazy-arse, unorthodox angles - it's highly possible.

Would also like to say, Pac is doing what Floyd should have been doing for the past few years - fighting legit welterweights.

Can't see it personally. Pac will win a decision.

Indeed. It would set-up a Mosley fight nicely as well. Hope there's no catch-weight bull**** if it does actually happen, though.

It's not that great a fight, in my opinion.

I mean, Clottey is coming off a loss to Cotto, a fight that he basically handed away on a platter, despite being stuck on the canvas early on.

I'd rather see a fight with Bradley at 140, give someone else a payday and a shot at the big time.

Can see a point decision here. Clottey's defence and chin is world class...his lazyness though is what stops him from being a elite world class boxer.

Clottey's one tough African man !!

I cant see him cracking Clottey's jaw but i can see him badly hurting him with constant pressure

Pac late rounds i think. Clottey has that good shell defence but like people have said Pac has the ability to land fast from different angles which could trouble Clottey.

Interesting to see how Clottey performs. I didn't rate him at the Cotto fight. Knocked down in the first round and then failed to capitalise on Cotto who was badly cut and kept giving away rounds. Had a decent record before that with his only losses coming by DQ and by Margacheato - but was pretty unimpressive.

People might think he has a chance and that i am underrating him, which is fair enough.. but i really think Pac can end this with TKO/KO late on - being the first one to do so against Clottey.

Easy win for pacquio. Just get the fight we want to see made.
