The deal was fair because they were going to pay Arum and give Pacquiao at least 15 million more than he ever made for a fight

Unless we can get some official HBO numbers (which Arum typically implores them to not release, "he'll handle that"), there's not much sense comparing him in a thread to these guys: Obviously he didn't have a choice with the DLH fight.

 PAC has six...Officially. Manny's seen as a boxing legend and icon. His popularity in the US is incredible considering he's not american. The drug testing was never a real issue only that Floyd demanded blood tests all the way up to fight night....which was the only real hang up. The "official" numbers are always released by promoters...In Floyd's case it's Dick Schaffer...in Pac's case it's Bob Arum. Manny can be seen as a fraud in the eyes of over passionate Floyd fans...but by the masses he's seen as one of the best who have ever done it.

Whats the point of RANDOM tests if you know a time period when tests are going to happen...?

Its up til fight night doesnt mean thats when the tests will be.

The way Pacquiao-Marquez 3 & 4 is performing PPV wise, PAC-JMM 5 will be huge... It will surely go over the 1 million PPV mark...

I think only the Marquez fight has a chance, even that's a stretch. pac's stock dropped big time after he was knocked out. he needs to build up his name again before he can expect big ppv numbers. rios and bradley are not popular enough to generate a million ppv buys, although that wont stop arum from claiming either fight did over a million buys.

Floyd will do over a million with Guerrero, and without Canelo on the undercard.

I believe his next one will break 1 million if he fights JMM or Rios. Not sure about Bradley rematch.

What the **** are you talking about? PAC agreed to RANDOM URINE TESTS all the way up to the day of the fight. He agreed to multiple blood tests to meet Floyd half way on this interesting stipulation.

Floyd wanted blood drawn on the day of the fight which was bull****....No one does that in any sports.

Blood tests don't really make much sense unless it's taken immediately after the fight. I still don't understand the hardline stance on blood testings in excess for Floyd's brand of drug testing.
