Arum has been reluctant to release numbers going all the way back to the Hatton fight.

"We did very well. Everyone involved in this event did a good job, but it's nobody's business what the numbers are but ours and the fighters. I'm not gonna release the figures."

You really need to do more research dude. There's been a couple articles on this already. It had to do with taxes. Hauser wrote one on this I think. Seriously dude, I know you really hate Pac, you hate Arum, hate anyone who's a pac fan, so you will already agree with anything negative said about both, and assume they are right. That way you can 'stick it to fans'. But I'm talking about common sense here. You want to believe it, so you will. Simple as that. And I do my own reseqarch to inform MYSELF. That way I am not speaking out of my ass like 99% of posters here. Some posters are just too vested into the whole TR/Pac/HBO vs. GBP/Floyd/SHo **** it's pretty sickening! LIke you (or they) just want your side to win. It's ****in childish.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) revealed the Manny Pacquiao has a guaranteed $8.59-million fight purse for his fourth clash against Juan Manuel Marquez in 2011

Mayweather vs JMM he earned $25 million in 2009

    Yeah taxes...sure

    come on man...

Do you believe Roach when he says HGH cant be detected in blood? Do you believe Arum when he says he was going to build a stadium? Did you believe Arum when he said Mayweather would never fight Mosley? Did you believe Arum when he said Mosley was washed up and he wouldnt put a pver the hill Mosley in with Pac because it wouldnt sell? Did you believe Arum when he said that there was no way that 20 million wasnt attainable for Floyd if he were to fight Oscar, which is why he didnt want to attempt to make the fight? Did you believe Arum when he said Pac was afraid of needles?

    You see the pattern here?

And where are the official PPV #'s from all these so called MILLION dollar PPVs for Pac?

None of that means jack to the discussion Dunks. Just random questions that, in reality, do not address Pac's so-called only 6 mill purse. Sorry...I'm done with these games. Feel freee to either do some research on the topic, or just assume you already know thew truth. I know what I would do in that situation. That's just me though. I don't just assume ****'s true becauser I like how it sounds. BUT, if you have some inside knowledge on the taxes of Pac's purse, feel free to divulge it all. :thumbsup

Am I going to believe Hauser whos just a writer or Keizer who is the executive ditrector of the NSAC??

It should be noted that in 2010, Pacquiao had two fights [vs. Joshua Clottey and vs. Antonio Margarito] outside of NSAC's jurisdiction, therefore those numbers are not included in the totals.

    Where are those #'s @?

Although the NSAC documents do not disclose revenue also generated from pay-per-view upside, and in Pacquiao's case, Top Rank retains 27.5%.

And which Hauser article are you referring to?:huh

I love all the finance experts on this page hahaha

Bottom line is, everyone on this site, and everyone in both camps and everyone in boxing were in agreement that50/50 was fair, they were the 2 biggest ppv stars in boxing.

SO when everything was agreed, and then floyd decided to revert to (Flat fee no PPV)
I loved how a handfull of *****s went into overtime explaing the finances and why this was the right thing to do.

WHen the correct responce should be. WTF Floyd, the fight was finally nearly signed.

You are talking about Taxes man..and all this is comiong from Bob Arum...a man who has a history of lying.

But when discussing a possible fifth showdown with the Mexican in April, Arum ruled out the Filipino's return to the US, with Macao and Singapore being considered as alternative hosts for the fight.

"He doesn't want to fight in the United States. How come? Because he'd have to give close to 40% to the government.

"I mean you know, it's getting ridiculous," Arum continued. "As far as Manny is concerned, and Marquez, they would prefer that the fight not be in the United States.

"That's what happens when you raise taxes and you say, well, let the rich pay and so forth. Boxers are in the category where they are rich. It was bad enough paying 35 and now they're paying 40%. Enough is enough.

We are supposed to believe this guy?

Dude...just do a quick google of Pac's purses... You can play this game where you won't believe ANYONE at all....it's your world. But like i said...I'm done with these games. You want to think the worse or Pac, and will no matter what. I prefer to take a more genuine role in my boxing fandom. I don't just bleive anyone because it sounds good, or suits an agenda.

More games...fine. EVERYTHING Arum says is a lie. He's the only one who lies in boxing. Do you take this stance w// Floyd "sometimes I contradict myself" mayweather? Or is Arum the only one who lies in the sport?

Pac isn't an american BTW. He falls under a differnt tax type.

I did a google search already and THE NSAC #s are the facts....there are no facts from writers like Dan Rafael who is a homer with top rank.

Where are your facts that can accurately dispute the NSAC facts?

You havent provided me with any

:patsch Have a good day. I'm removing myself from this kind of nonesense. You got all the info you need to make your decision. Yes...Pac ONLY made $6 mill a fight, nothing more. Happy?
