It should be a great fight if Hatton's speed is close to Pacs

you cant compare paulie to manny. and if you really analyze each fighters style and how everything will play out, manny is big favorite.

and "boxing behind his jab" will not happen nor will win ricky the fight. the more ricky stays on the outside, the more pac beats him to the punch. ricky doesnt have the outside speed or sharpness to outpoint the headmovement of pac.

the only way i see hatton winning is by old school KT style. but how many crisp strait lefts can ricky eat at this stage in his career? you dont earn points by wrestling. pacs got the stamina/footwork to get in & out and power to make ricky think twice unlike feather fisted paulie.

A brawl with Hatton taking a brave beating. Paq-Mayweather will be the fight talked about for years.

I agree - Hatton remain a game opponent but is outclassed for most rounds and gets knocked into bloody submission by Round 10.

this fight should not really be made, Hatton should fight Cotto at catchweight since they all lost to the guys who should be facing each other.

Now remember your prediction for the Pac-Hoya fight ?

Sometimes you suffer from an over-abundance of certainty !

However, I would pick the Pacman here. Much will depend on the reffing.

I believe David Paris deserves at least 50% of the credit for Ricky's win over Tszyu.

    indeed.

i hope the ref allows rickys to do all against pac b/c the outcome will be the same imo. and there wont be any bull**** excuses like cortez in the mayweather fight.

    * btw, i picked pac over hoya and you can check my prev posts*

    Good call.

I picked Oscar, but I laid out in a lengthy post that it wasn't a foregone conclusion like everyone was thinking. I fugured Pac had a 40 % chance of winning.

Some figured that chance to be 0 % !

I don't think so. Hatton has looked like **** lately against everyone except Paulie. Maybe if he turns out to be significantly stronger than Pac in the exchanges but I just doubt that's going to be the case.

Margo should be thinking about fighting Paul Williams before any Margo fan ever mentions Mayweather's name again. Pac came up and beat ODLH too, why aren't you screaming for HIM to fight Margo or Williams?
