Mention the missed weight issue during the broadcast? Haven't done so yet from what I've seen. Will an American update me after the show please. Interested to hear
No. They don't even show the belts anyway. Keith Thurman was presented as an undefeated fighter instead of the WBA champion on the first show. Last week, the WBC representative wasn't even allowed in the ring and The Ring belt was MIA. Anyway, they talk about it since Quillin will be crown PBC middleweight champion soon. Welcome to Haymon agenda...
They probably won't mention it so as not to take away from the luster of their main event. I understand trying to make a good impression for the public viewing audience, but if they omit the weight issue, then that's unacceptable. Belt or not belt, there's still a contracted weight limit.
Who cares if they don't mention it. We know. I could care less what random dude who never watches boxing cares. They will find out what's up as they spend their free time studying up just like we all did. Some of you act like HBO or Showtime or (non-USA TV network) don't have agenda-driven broadcasts and plugs too.
Well I could care less. It just adds to haymons control and means hardly any people make a fuss about it. If everyone knew it would force them to discuss it. Now if quillen wins he will be Pbc champ and everyone who doesn't know about the weight will buy into him. Which then means haymon can continue doing why he likes
room for improvement no doubt but far from a disgrace. its bringing alot of exposure to our beloved sport
Listen guys with this GAYMAN conspiracy theory logic.... PBC is the NAME of a series depicting top fighters from the GAYMAN stable. There will be no PBC titles handed out like in the BKB. That would totally deligitimize what GAYMAN is trying to do, which is bring boxing back to mainstream television, and mainstream sports fans.:rofl

Quillin vs Jacobs for the Middleweight Championship of the WORLD!!! I dont think they will be naming it a PBC belt. WBC, WBA, WBO, IBF, Ring Magazine,PBC... Im sure they can come up with something clever. I would try and loose the name altogether.
