seriously man, im not a massive fan of khans by any means, but the limmond 10 count is a pathetic claim - he went down on one knee after getting up just to take his time on the standing eight count, and yes he was groggy enough to not know what he was doing. he clearly wasnt worthy of being counted out and if he had been and it was any other fighter there would have been outrage. coming back to win proved this. jesus the hate is tiresome, and his crime is being arrogant and having the pulling power to get big fights when unwarrented. welcome to boxing.

You know what ? I just watched it again and ..........am gonna apologise to some extent on whaa i says. I watched it when it happened and a few times after and seeing it now, you are right.

Yes you are, maybe am getting ready for the "evening" but tbh he was up, he claimed a push, to some extent the last part was, yet he took a knee as is standard when waiting.

Maybe its seeing the ref's hands at 5 when he gets knocked...........and counting fast here.

    Good post, i am wrong

This is a good move by Khan and is a 50/50 fight. His chin is awful which makes u wonder as he was tight at the weight whether it will improve like cottos when he moved up. khan has great handspeed, however he sadly lacks any power which is going to cost him and the worst whiskers in boxing I reckon. Be interesting to see his next fight.

The problem is he is arrogant, but tell me who isnt at his age he has become a millionaire overnight without fighting anyone decent and live.

Good luck to him in the credit crunch era for making serious dough. The average person knows him due to ITV coverage and think hes great. They have never heard of Hatton, calzaghe or haye for that matter. They dont know much about boxing do they?

Khan is a great ticket seller after Hatton and brings excitement to fights with those dogy whiskers. I detect a lot of people have become jealous of what he has achieved in terms of £££in a short period of time and some becuase of the colour of his skin...what do you guys reckon?

thinking about it, im not sure if people do know him because of his itv exposure. wasnt his silver one of very few medals won in the olympics for us that year in a credible sport? add to that that he was only 17 and i seem to vaguely remember the bbc creaming over him at the time. i reckon warren picked up an already well promoted and recognised product and just maintained the good job started by the bbc and the papers. in many ways khan was just in the right place at the right time because degale will never come close in exposure even with his gold, and froch's itv coverage didnt get him too far.

Not quite true...Hearns chin wasn't rock, and Floyd Patterson, my all-time favourite heavy, was put on his arse over 20 times in his career. Greatness isn't defined by how you go down, but how you get back up and win.
