So there's a good chance that Pacquiao fought a roided up Floyd. And anyone whose objective knows the fight was very close with Pacquiao landing the harder and more meaningful punches. Everyone also talks about Mayweather's defense but Manny also put on a great defensive display by allowing less than 30% of Floyd's shots to land, most of which were weak shots. So the question is, when we look back at this generation will people realize that Pacquiao was indeed the best and that Floyd simply bought an entire testing agency to make ridiculous rules for him under the guide of cleaning up the sport? And will people realize that Manny would have beat a clean Mayweather in May 2 an definitely would have killed him if they fought 5 years ago?
I think, personally, that the chances of each man using "riods" was about equal. That is, it is as likely that Pacquiao was as Mayweather. But, of course, no Floyd fans are capable of admitting that, just as the OP here is as biased and blind and incapable of an even-handed point of view with bias in favour of Manny. My answer is no - it is unlikely that history will somehow "find" in Pacquiao's favour.
i think comparing an injured manny to a "hydrated" floyd is ridiculous. unless you believe that manny had surgery to fool people into believing he was injured and floyd needed an increase of 16% of the fluid in his blood in order to rehydrate 2 lbs, then manny is clearly the greater fighter.
It won't take 10 yrs give it a year or two the exposing of Floyd has just begun ..He just needs to be fully retired so the rest can come out just watch
It's pretty obvious now that an squeaky clean Pacquiao (who was endlessly tested, probed and harassed by Floyd's USADA goons) fought a roided as **** Mayweather (who was allowed to roid as much as he wanted by those same USADA goons), while being injured to boot.
I bet in 10 years from now some of you will try to hack Boxrec and permanently change the result to "Floyd Mayweather Jr. lost to Manny Pacquiao by Unanimous Decision"
I think the chances of ALL top fighters roiding are about as equal. They are all on some ****, probably.
