Floyd payed the taxes to the IRS last year and this fight should be 50/50 IMO.

I think they might do something crazy like 40-40 with winner gets 20%. I think thats even more fair then 50-50

They know better than to do some **** like that with Floyd...

If they give that type of incentive, Floyd wins by a comfortable, boring, non-risky, shutout UD

Pac gets the upperhand at 60-40, not the other way around. Pac is the bigger draw as he figures will show.

Why would Floyd ever give up 60-40? If Arum ever came at Floyd with a low ball offer like that, especially if Floyd beats Marquez...that would mean that they never wanted the fight with Floyd. Don't look for Pac to be fighting any slick boxers anytime soon anyway. Marquez is about as close to a slick boxer as Pac will fight.

They both share common opponents with Floyd getting significantly more buys; why should Floyd get less money? :huh

No. You're actually wrong about this.

Floyd is still a bigger draw. Especially if people believe (like with Ricky Hatton) that someone out there has a real shot at beating him. Don;t confuse love and admiration with being a draw. Floyd is probably the most hated boxer, but people pay money for the chance to see him get his ass whooped...

floyd-hatton generated 850k US PPV buys in a good economy. there are indications that pac-hatton will do better than this, in a bad economy with a swine flu scare. when the pac-hatton US PPV nos. are finally released, we'll see who really is the draw between pac and floyd.

This figh should be 50/50 if not 55/45 in favor of Pacquiao. Im actually surprised Arum said 60/40 in favor of Pacquiao i thought it was going to be something ridiculous like 70/30.
