No, and he shouldn't. It should be a 50/50 cut.

55-45 Pac... he has WAY more options then Floyd, and Floyd need's a big name to satisfy his demands and ego.

    Pac on the large share.

Pac's camp can just say "My way or the high way" and nobody would call him ducking. Why? He HAS THE TERMS now, He is the top not Mayweather. Pac has too many options while Mayweather can't.

If Mayweather declined, everyone can just easily say that he doesn't want Pac or just plainly ducking him (as usual w/ the others).

If Mayweather's ego is not dumb enough, He could just accept the fight. And if he is confident on a win and IF he does wins. He could allow a rematch and have the terms. Cause one way or another Pac's camp will push a rematch, and they can agree even on a 70-30 terms.

    60-40 for Pac.

Pac's next biggest fight would be against Floyd, no question about that. But Pac has got mosley and cotto as back-up. who ever he fights of the 3 he will make good money.

If Pac vs Floyd doesn't happen, will Floyd fight Mosley or Cotto? Why now? He came back for Pac. (or maybe for IRS) He came back to pick on smaller fighters (Marquez/Pac), old Mosley, beat up Cotto, suspended Margarito, grown Paul Williams.

If Floyd doesn't let Pac have the bigger piece of the pie, Pac vs Cotto is likely to happen. Then he'll have mosley and JMM next.

Pac, the Most Exciting Fighter, is the draw. Floyd needs Pac, like he needed Dela Hoya and Hatton. Same with Pac to be fair, he needs Cotto, Mosley, and JMM on his last fights. Pac's Marketability is better than Floyd's right now. Floyd should have taken advantage of his Marketability before he "RETIRED".

How bout 40-40 with the winner by KO/TKO getting 20%? If no winner by KO, then the purse is split evenly. This may force FMJ to go for the KO and make this a much more exciting fight.
