Will Povetkin suddenly become shot if he loses?

I should have added in my initial post, I'll be surprised/impressed if Wilder blows Povetkin out - I definitely rate Wilder up there but in my head I definitely hold Povetkin higher but styles make fights and we have seen Povetkin struggle with a bigger huggier dude. Wilder isn't so huggy though, so my expected outcome at this point leans toward Wilder having a happy snooze on the canvas - if it turns out the way a lot of people are suggesting then he REALLY has my attention, and really... the heavyweight division has to be considered as at it's highest point in decade(s).

I want Sasha to win, and think that he will. If Wilder wins, I said it before, he has my respect as a legit champion. Povetkin is a step above the other guys Wilder has faced.
