Will Puerto Rico betray Cotto again?

    Honest question, will Cotto's fans who bailed on him when he lost to Margarito bail on him again if he where to fight Margo again and loose? I dont think it was fair the first time when everyone said he had no heart and all this BS and now that he tossed foreman everyone seems to be on the bandwagon again.

    On another note not all of Puerto Rico is a Cotto fan and not all Cotto fans are from Puerto Rico.

    To be fair I heard he received some love at the airport on his arrival to Puerto Rico but on spanish radio stations all over and alot of fans here on ESB put him to shame...Saying **** like hes not Tito etc etc

    What the hell are you talking about?

    In Puerto Rico I had a lot of female family members that literally cried
    including my wife.....Puerto Rico supported Cotto....he said himself that
    he learned a lot about himself after that loss the way he was received
    back home.
    He will continue to be supported!!!

    When he lost I had family members crying and in that sense he reminded of Tito when he lost to B-Hop. Cotto is not Tito but that doesn't mean that the people in PR don't support him, there's always people that hate on him here in PR but the majority is supportive. Anybody that is not supportive of Cotto is not welcomed to watch his fights in my house for free :bart

    I didn't know anyone betrayed Cotto.

    I know Jackory Harris hates Cottos guts but I don't think he ever supported him.

    I had cotto vs margarito on my phone..fresh after it happened...and the guys I worked with were about 80 % puerto rican...and they hated that I had that on there..

    Even in defeat - I don't know many people that betrayed or gave up hope in Cotto.

    If you did - you're a Boxer Fan and not a Boxing Fan - big difference.
