I agree Frampton beats Quigg but don't blame it all on Quigg

Barry and Carl signing with Boxnation basically put any end to this fight happening anytime soon

Just on that point for some reason i get the feeling Hearn wanted Frampton to get rid of Barry, and like he refused so he and Hearn split, if your not with Hearn or have a good relationship with him than i doubt you can box on Sky. IDK what the situation was but i just get the feeling Hearn wanted rid of Barry and that wasn't happening because Carl is very loyal to him ect.

This shows you know **** all about it!

Based on tweets on McGuigan and Cyclone Promotions etc he actually sold 6K tickets inside 5 hours of going on sale!! They said it would have sold out day 1 but they had to hold tickets back for the guys on the undercard.

That's crazy. This was the same guy I watched fail to sell out the Ulster Hall 3 years ago now doing 6K tickets in hours!

P.S Quigg wants **** all to do with that fight. Frampton would end him.

Didn't hear or read that myself that Santa Cruz said he would travel but McGuigan did say he would pretty much front whatever it would cost to try and get him over. If not, I'd still travel to Vegas or LA.

Eddie Hearn and MRP would make this fight in a heart beat mate, I think you have your Eddie's and Frank's mixed up :yep

My personal opinion is that Quigg will probably lose his world title before the fight happens and Frampton will continue to win fights until he reaches Leo Santa Cruz.

Eddie has been known to be able to secure big fights with current form, and Frank has not. So don't be surprised if MRP secure LSC Scott Quigg before Frampton gets his shot. I'm sure Quigg or Santa Cruz would be happy to vacate to see a deal made, and the Match Room / Quigg partnership would seemingly have less of an issue making this an away day, where as we know Frank and Carl don't do away days.

In summary, it may happen, but will likely be old news when it does. Shame!

It's a shame quigg does not have massive popular support. Boxing is a business and numbers do matter.
It would be a big help towards making this fight if both men had huge popular opinion pushing for it. Any fight can be made if there is enough demand from the paying punters, be they live attendees or TV viewers, for it.
There has to be the visible demand for it among large numbers of the general public to make the money men sit up and take notice.
If this was the eighties with boxing on free view TV it probably would already have happened.
