its gonna take sergio some time to fully heal up. he's not fighting this year and he's not getting any younger. floyd seems to be on the top of his priority list and with good reason and we all know what that is. money. and who can blame him for wanting to max his profit with what will likely be one of his last few fights when he returns.

that said he'll fight ggg. i believe he's said as much.

He already said he will. I trust him he is a warrior and he will

  5. Sergio is smart enough to stay well clear of GGG. Middleweights know who the king of the division is.

IMO, HBO will push DiBella for this fight (GGG) should Sergio win his next outing going into his final contracted fight. If they fight or not is a business move more than anything else...

Maravilla does not fear GGG. (Vice versa)

Martinez has already stated he'll take the fight as soon as he's recovered, he's even shared his gameplan for the fight with Juan Manuel Marquez on a that Spanish language boxing show (Golpe e Golpe)

  9. No way .. he will retire under enigmatic circumstances before facing GGG ..

Too old .. With 38 too old for boxing .. :patsch

I have a feeling Martinez is the type of guy who will go out on his shield.

    A warrior.

not only, I'm guessing Quillin, Sturm, Geale, and countless others ducking GG is also a factor :yep

  14. Beeing the most avoided boxer from 154-168 with a great amateur career and more punching power than HW's Povetkin and Wach makes you the king, yes. Especially when everyone ducks you .. this must have a reason.

Murray ducked him twice this year. :rofl:lol: For what?? To fight a Australian bum. :rofl

38 is old for boxing, especially when your style involves the reflexes and movement that Martinez uses. why dont you tell me out of the many boxing champs, past and present, who had much success past age 38? there is a few but the ratio is not in success's favor.
