GSP is WAY to small to be fighting Anderson, people need to get that out of there heads. The only fight that makes sense to me is Silva moving up to 205, his more natural weight. GSP needs to build muscle and put on weight while Siva is cutting 30lbs just to get down to 185, it makes no sense. GSP will be killed. GSP must face Jones because everyone thinks Jones is god and will never lose so it makes sense that Anderson face him.

GSP is also cutting weight to get down to 170Ibs. He's fight night weight was around 195Ibs for the Shields fight.

I mean i understood when Machida was champ that Silva wouldnt fight him because they train together but he doesnt train with Bones. There should be no excuse for that fight not to happen if he tested 205 again.

You got it bro. Ive been saying this same **** forever. Anderson is an invincible God anywhere up to 205

At 205 he would beat Shotgun, Machida, and all the pretenders

But its not certain he'd beat Bones

And for me, this is what makes Fedor > Anderson. Fedor dared to enter challenges where he had great disadvantages, and the outcome wasnt clear

its not like boxing, 15-20lb is too big of a difference for most guys to jump around in weight classes without a really good reason.

GSP is not too small for Silva.. The man ****in walks around above 185 and sweats out 20+ pounds during training.. It's a poor excuse guys, not like he walks around close to his weight class. Come fight night, he's well above 185.

He knows that it's a fight that he can't win.. And he'll suddenly be large and man enough to fight Silva once AS loses a step or two. You remember this, mmmkay?

    Really?

In 2011, you see a thread title asking if Silva will move to 205, and you assume it's a discussion about Wanderlei? You think that for long enough to complete a post and move on, without even thinking about Anderson even though it's like a week after he fought? :huh

    Seriously?

Mate, I know you are living in the past, but I have to assume you were trolling with that one. :good

If GSP and Anderson were to fight a couple of months from now and George wins, Silva fans will say it's because Anderson has lost a step or two.
The excuse would be there no matter when that fight happens.

Also, if you don't think it's a fight that GSP can win, I guess you don't want it to happen? Why would anyone who thinks GSP stands no chance want this fight to happen?

Yes indeed how thoughtless of me. How dare i think Wanderlai Silva who is also campaigning down at 185 after dropping from 205. Im so glad this forum has thoughtful and insightful posters like yourself who've been watching MMA for all of two weeks to clean house.
Ahh **** it why am i even bothering to explain an innocuous error. You're a ****. Even you know you're a ****. Now **** off ya winey *****. The boards on to your act and frankly everyone finds you incredibly boring.
