will skipping/hitting the bag

    get me in a good shape situation? i mean im already relatively healthy
    5' 11" 166lb's 14% body fat(which should be around 10%). will working the heavy bag/skipping then doing pushups chin ups etc get me in tremendous shape? or just average

    It won't hurt. What are you looking to accomplish? How's your cardio? Diet?

    Depends what 'goals' your trying to achieve.. Overall fitness that should do ok, instead of bag do running

    depends on what your getting in shape for??? depends how you do the exercises

    well i usually always keep my cardio rate up, no big rests. im just trying to get in good/impressive shape and then move forward to trying out for amateur fighting

    Ye, joining a club will help give u a good balance on training, putting u in really good shape and mixing up with people =)

    skipping will get you in shape crazy fast, just be persistent with it
