seeing trouts repetitive straight to the body against cotto practically caused cotto's downfall as well as cotto not having great stamina in the first place. Ive seen Canelo looking pretty tired especially in the Rhodes and Cintron fight. From what i think, Canelo will possibly be winning rounds clearly until he starts to get tired. Then if canelo starts getting sloppy Trout will capitalize on it.

Im banking on Canelo by decision not by k.o. because trout seems quite durable and is a slick southpaw. Although i would not be surprised if Trout wins a decision.

Sort of, it will be if Canelo can cut off the ring because Trout will be using tons of movement. If Trout can keep up that movement(this is where the stamina comes in) he might be able to outpoint Canelo.

Canelo's left hook to the body will wear down the long Trout.
(His size will be his downfall here)

I'm really surprised this fight is getting made. Canelo has been getting a ton of hype off the strength of beating up has beens, never was, and much smaller men. His best wins are Miguel Vazquez and a well past it Mosley. The kid clearly has talent, but that's a big step to go from the guys he's been fighting to a prime, long, rangy, counterpunching southpaw. Hats off to Canelo for taking this fight. This matchup seemingly has a high potential of making Canelo look bad. If he can win decisively, or at least a clear but close decision, then you would have to say that he's worth the hype.

People think stamina is such a major issue for Canelo, but it might be more for Trout. Trout has to move alot in the ring to avoid exchanges with Canelo since that's Canelo's strong point.

I'm not to worried since I'm thinking stoppage in the 9th, I got no doubt about Canelo winning.

I still have doubts about Trouts' punch resistance. And I believe in Alvarez's skills and power. Stamina, naturally, is always the or one of the most important aspects of a fight, always.

I thought Canelo looked pretty spry late against Mosley. He wasn't offered much meaningful resistance, but he kept his poise and controlled the center and didn't relent. I think he'll be more motivated and better prepared than ever, I didn't think Trout having beaten his brother was going to be such a big deal but I think it's a big factor for Canelo.
