Floyd's defence is too good for Shane to knock him out. He rolls with the punches and counters the hell out of the guy when he misses. If this was five years ago, I would have given Shane a better chance, but even then I don't think he would of knocked Floyd out. I'm not taking anything away from Floyd, Shane is still a beast, but look at him now and compare him to five years ago.
