Will Super Zab Judah be a first round HOFer? He is definitely a HOFer, but first round?

He doesn't deserve to be in. He just didn't drop enough. There are few dubious choices already in there and they don't need another.

Nah, Judah isn't worthy of the HOF.... He damn near lost all his big fights.

I like Zab and was rooting for him vs Spinks ,Cotto and Mayweather but he's not a hof and shouldn't be.

I'm not arguing for Judah, I think he is not Hof worthy. However you shouldnt argue the case with a negative tone saying he lost all his big fights except for Spinks.
Eg, sugar Shane. Who did he beat beside a looking confuse, plaster missing margarito and over the hill steroid fuelled Vargas. He lost to forest, winky, Cotto, Oscar2.
Just saying. I love sugar Shane.

That's a good point. It's also a little disingenuous, since Judah DID win his fight over Spinks, obtaining the Unified WW World title. To me, that's a big fight. And he won it in a pretty good manner.

Shane is a good measuring stick though. From his first fight w/ ODL, to his fight w/ Antonio Margarito, he had no top notch wins in between. Personally I don't consider his wins over Fernando Vargas and especially Mayorga, to be too relevant.

    True.
Judah contributed more than Stallone too.

He put Floyd Mayweather on the canvas, thus showing why Mayweather had a defensive style. He was hiding a glass chin.

Stallone needs a little Mickey Rourke in him.

Dude stepped up to the big time in 01 and flopped when Kostya taught him some new dance steps !

In the 24 fights he's had since, he's gone 15 - 9, getting KO'd twice more along the way.

The only 'name' he has in all that time is Lucas, and that was a clear robbery.

He might get an academy award for some of his thespian efforts over the years, but he's not going into the Hall of Fame, first round or 101st round.

I'm a big fan of Arturo, but he should never have been inducted either.

I'm guessing his massive heart and never-quit attitude might have unduly influenced the judges, as opposed to the play-acting and excuse-making of the characterless Zab.

    But neither man was Hall-worthy.

And that's why IMO Mosley is one of the most overrated fighters ever.
