Yes he will-- Tarver will be recycled to top 20 contenders and lose to the future champs. He needs the money and his ego is too fragile to keep taking small fights for smaller purses. Will he win? Yes/no. He can expose most weak fighters IF he wants to. But honestly he's on the downside of a less than great career. Only high point was KOing an unmotivated, past-it RJJ and then dissapearing into obscurity. Merchant and Lampley and all the other RJJ haters discarded Tarver like a used prostitute after he did the dirty work of beating hated Roy Jones.
