    Simple question really.

What are your thoughts on this? It's something nobody seems to be mentioning during the build up of this fight.

But Haye is older now and I read somewhere the thing that affects you most when your inactive, is your lack of sparring. However it is a 10 rounds fight...

No. . . But his lack of testicular fortitude will. . . Or, as my Mexican brethren would say: "NO JUEVOS"!

Personally I don't think it will affect him.
When David Haye fought John Ruiz he didn't spar for the fight at all [citation needed]
So I don't think he will be affected by the fact that he hasn't spared for a year

it isn't much longer as his usual layoffs, so it wouldn't be much of a problem.

What a stupid poll. No, he'll be great. What about, NO, he'll be able to run as fast as ever.

Haye only fought once a yr anyways, what's the difference.:patsch

Agree, with Robney. It won't be any problem for the Hayemaker.

Chisora is match tough -- Haye isn't.

Haye has been really lazy since becoming a heavyweight, actually.

So the answer is yes, it will be a factor. How much of a factor we'll have to see.

I think so but not just the lay off he is coming off of a very disappointing performance and took allot of heat because of it.
he is coming off a loss as well, so mentally who knows where his mind set is, its not like he did not see Derrecks performance with Vitali so I am sure mentally he has some questions about himself deep down.

I think it will have an effect how much is hard to say, we will See Hayes mentality tested here, I think he will find a way to win though, he can box and will box, However I am supporting Del Boy, the man comes to fight

this is a possible excuse after the fight...

"I came out of retirement, I was a bit rusty, that's why I lost. Look at Dereck, he's fought 5 times in the last year"

Like I said, I don't think a yr on the shelf is a problem for Haye. In 4yrs at HW this is his 6th fight. Not exactly averaging 2 a yr is it?:D

And why the troll nonsense? Im not in every Haye Chisora thread spouting the same ****. I answered the poll question, I just aint voting b/c the way you worded it. If anything your'e trolling with this thread.

There are already 25 or more threads about this fight yet you start a biased one based on a yr inactivity about a guy who never fought more than 2 fights a yr anyway.:rofl

And I am a fightfan. If Haye could become a fighter, I could become his fan. Same goes for your boy Mayflower.....though for all intents and purposes Roid did put up a good fight last time out.:hi:
