No. Cotto won't ever be able to absorb what it takes to beat Margarito. No matter how sharp he can be his tolerance has suffered and he may go even sooner. Just can't weather that storm.

Margo's not a slugger, and Cotto's skill is the only thing that kept him in the fight. He was never trying to slug with or fight Margo, he was boxing and moving.

I think it will end up EXACTLY like Rocky 3. Hulk Hogan will come into the ring dressed as Thunderlips and he will lift Antonio Margarito over his head and toss him into the crowd.

 

What I meant was Cotto has heart, but not a heart big enough to overcome Antonio Margarito. I'm sorry but Miguel Cotto gave up, YES! gave up. He took a knee without a punch landing and then shook his head like I can't take this anymore. He had his heart ripped out of him. He didn't even do an interview right after. The thing is, I like Miguel Cotto, he is very entertaining and I always watch his fights, but like someone mentioned, he cannot handle the storm, or rather the TORNADO!

 

And D-Mac he has solid defence, but He got hit a lot in that fight. So it isnt good enough. Miguel Cotto has tremendous skill and patience, but he really cannot do anything to get Antonio Margarito out of zone. Eventually Margarito will catch him.
