It's a good win but AJ is still just potential. We know he has skills but intangibles become a huge factor in the pros - ask David Price. Unfortunately none of us can be amazing at predicting intangibles.

No, due to boxing not having a competitive architecture it's a joke of a sport. This means we need to wait a LONG time as fans before we know, through evidence, if a fighter is any good. This is a domestic bout between two decent prospects. No more, no less. Bogus rankings, talk of Haye and Fury, shouldn't fool the fans into believing this is something it isn't.
You're inferring a conclusion from the absence of responses. You could try inferring a different one and then maybe you won't be so annoyed.

I am fully anticipating Joshua stops Whyte inside of 5 rounds so if I am wrong I'll happily hold my hands up and give Whyte his due. You will of course get the usual suspects who will claim that Joshua had no punch resistance but that's just part and parcel of these forums.
Excellent post and i agree, if the fight is close they both could actually go away with a better rep imo. Doesnt mean either are world beaters yet though.
This was merely a fun fight between 2 domestic heavy's which captured the fans imagination due to Eddie and Sky's hype machine.Too early to tell if either one will accomplish anything more than Euro level.Give it some time and we'll see-but we are still along ways to crowning AJ heavyweight Champ of the world.
