Will the champs Frampton and Zlaticanin get a fair shake in Nevada?

I think Mikey will beat Zlaticanin fair and square, but Frampton needs to fight even better this time around, he could get jobbed, its a real possibility as LSC has good punch output plus I think the promoters would like a trilogy

 

I think so. Frampton pushed the pace more than usual in his first bout with Santa Cruz—or at least the first half. And Zlaticanin always has his foot on the pedal. I still think Garcia beats him, even though his only foray above 130 pounds was against a blown up featherweight.

But I think each will be judged fairly.

Unlikely. Going to Las Vegas as the away fighter is like in the WWE when the special ref is your arch enemy or the other guys tag team partner.

 

It would've been a draw at the point of the stoppage, which wasn't that inaccurate to be honest.

If you want to compare the UK to the USA, best point of comparison is to look at what happened to Darleys Perez in his first fight in Manchester v Crolla (where he was a bit fortunate to get a draw) then on the Kov-Ward undercard against Hooker where he was robbed blind (by 3 Amercian judges, no less).

In the UK, the sanctioning bodies pick the judges. In Nevada the commission selects the judges. That's why in Nevada you will often find 3 judges from 1 fighters home country (i.e. Ward-Kov), in the UK in world title bouts they are all selected from neutral ground.

You do know Las Vegas makes a lot of money for these fights and want the home fighter to keep coming back right? Why do you think they let Mayweather get away with juicing for years?
