Will the cruiserweights save the heavyweight division?

    Some good prospects/contenders stepping up

    Eddie Chambers
    Alexander Povetkin
    Alexander Dimitrenko
    Denis Boytsov
    Tyson Fury
    Chris Arreola - who I consider the weakest out of the contenders.

    Problem is that the heavyweights of the future are going to be really big guys like the Klitchkos, so the cruiserweights will have less of an impact on the division than they did 20 years ago.

    When Gomez was CW champion the Cruiserweights weren't in a state of unifying, it was considered a weak divison with little interest, then along came Haye and others and the divison became better and unification started happening with better fights. Gomez could've been unified champ had he been in a better unifying era.
