Mackie Shilstone was one of the best at adding the proper weight, while keeping your speed. Nowadays it can be done by anyone. I expect Marquez to come in ready, and I expect him to ko Pacquiao this time.

 

More Muscle more oxygen you need for intake, meaning gas quicker. I dont think Marquez will gas though, but will be interesting to watch in the later rounds.
