Will the fight between Mayweather and Pacman happen?

Floyd won't go lower than 147 and he'd want the lions share, 55 or even 60%.
I don't see this happening.

i doudt if fmj would like to tangle with pq after the may 2 event. but avoid humilation he will make demands that no promoter would like to bite. in that way his excuse of not fighting pq has the color of reasonable excuse. besides, i am really in doubt if pq will accept parity in the purse sharing. as of now he is in the upper hand of the game. he do not need fmj to cement his legacy. he fought too many quality opponents and mostly overpowered them. his record is far more superior than mayweather - thus making the fight now irrelevant other than to making more money.
