I think we could have a new p4p King after that fight, I thought Kovalev-Ward would proclaim the #1 p4p boxer, but that was a very closed fight with a controversial decision. So what could happen after that fight, I personally think that if Canelo or GGG looks spectacular and get the KO will get that consideration.
Depends on the fight. If the winner wins decisively or by Ko theyll be at the very least be in my top 5 if not top 3. That is, until the kovalev ward rematch and welterweigh unification bouts roll around. Then itll probably change all over again by the end of the year. The most important thing is for the winner to remain ACTIVE and not feast on bums or guys in lower weights. Fight saunders and unify. Jacobs and lemiuex are still very good hot fights to make.
If it ends in KO definitely or a clear decision. If the decision is dubious and Ward Kov delivers big time, that winner will also have a strong argument. Anyway, not important. We are blessed to get these match up.
ESPN already has GGG as #1 PFP. So, I would imagine if GGG beats Canelo then GGG stays on top. If Canelo beats GGG convincingly, then my guess is he could get up to #1, yeah.
