At this point why not? Let’s have a fifth belt what difference does it make at this point?

It's not about the belt itself it's who you had to beat to get it. If you had to be Usyk to get it, that's better than getting the WBC by beating Stiverne.

Will; will become a major world title. It's just a matter of WHEN that will happen. 2030? Later?
Just as the WBO became a major world title over time.

In that case it already is, since Wlad held it for years.

    I think it will

You can see more promoters using their belts on shows

Probably easier to make fights too

The difference is that you are bogging down and already bogged down sport with more politics. It's already bothersome enough that a guy has to acquire four trinkets to become "undisputed" (not a notion I buy myself). Imagine it becoming harder? You're also legitimizing lesser fighters because inevitably more fringe guys with earn these belts and that will undeservingly inflate their status. Furthermore, it's going to subject us to more historical revisionism. Like many now do with the WBO, fans will retroactively apply standards that didn't previously exist. If anything has become clear as time has passed, it's that we need a simpler sport, not a more fragmented one.

It may not, I remember fearing this for a while with the WBU strap in the 90s but then that passed.
