Will the media recognise Ricky Hatton as the P4P#1 should he defeat Pac?

If ricky beats Pac, and then JMM, he is #1 or #2

1/2. Tyszu had 3rounds of action in 2 1/2 years against a shot C Class Mitchell and had a very bad shoulder injury. It is a quality win but Tyszu was a 5round fighter at that stage

    3. If you followed boxing in 2003/2004 you would have seen the offer for a Cotto-Hatton fight, it was only talked about in 2005

This is pretty dead on. If you look at how the P4P lists would describe it, it's in relation to the total package of the fighter in relation to the fighters of other weight classes.

While no one could debate that Hatton is a beast at 140, he seems to not want to go up and challenge the top 147s (a weight that he is closer too come fight night). It's pretty hard to make a case for Hatton to be P4P #1 if he doesn't try to get some dominating wins at 147.

Hatton would be around 13-15.....There's so many more deserving than him to be in the top10 p4p..Here are some, Paul Williams, Vic Darchinyan, Wlad Klit, Chad Dawson, Juan Diaz...............

Not one of them has a win like Tzsyu.. as in.. none of them have a win over a p4per. Hatton has a better resume than all mentioned there.

Amen, I can agree with Darchinyan, but Williams and Klitschko?! K has not fought a world class fifhgter in years, and Williams is a bit over rated for my liking. I agree with juan Diaz to an extent.
