After JCs nervy performance against Hopkins(I only had JC 1 RD ahead), I see Jones having similar domination in first half of fight, possibly even a repeat of Joe hitting the canvas early. Also I worry about Joes power- It wasnt apparent in the Hopkins fight- will it be enough to KO Jones?

JC should win over 12 but I wouldnt bet on it.

Hopkins has a better beard than Jones in any case - so the power may come through.

RJJ is shot, OK he defeated Tito pretty handily, but what other top 10 LHW would have failed to do that - taking into account the one-sided beatings he received from Hopkins and Wright.

I see this as a negative move for Calzaghe - why not go for Pavlik, a more active name who he would school anyway :think

    oh, yeah $$$

If he had left Frank Warren when he should have done, he wouldn't need one last big payday against a shot fighter :deal

Shame this fight didnt happen 5-6 yrs ago. I wonder which fight would generate more money, JC/Pav or JC/Jones

If Jones is as successful as Hopkins was against Joe in the frist half of their fight he will most likely win the whole thing.
I don't think that Joe has the power to take out Roy at 175. What he needs to do is to fire off enough shots to keep Jones at bay.

Jones better stay in the middle of the ring or he is in trouble.

I expect that Jones will fight the same way that he did against Trinidad.
