Will the Oracle Arena for the Ward fight be as packed as one of the GS games?

Dude it's about building up momentum ward is known in london europe every froch fan knows who ward is. Yes ward doesn't have fans flocking to buy tickets like ggg but I guarantee you every ggg fan knows who ward is. Ward has continued to disrupt his momentum after he won the S6 he should've fought bute instead he took a year off. After his big win against dawson which was his first major fight on the big stage he needed to continue to stay active. GGG & froch has been active & has built up huge momentum. Ward can become a decent attraction if he can stay active only hardcore fans watched the S6 in america. Froch vs ward could be huge in london they already have a rivalry but ward already beat froch so it wouldn't be as big. But if ward somehow looks shaky vs smith I guarantee you froch calls him out especially if the ggg fight don't happen because he definitely ain't fighting degale.

10000+ is a pretty good crowd for a boxing event in America.

The E-Rod fight took place at the Citizens Business Back Arena in Ontario, CA.

Agreed, but understandable considering Ward's inactivity and the calibre of his opponent.

I said only as in "only once", bad form I guess.

The fact that Golovkin draws more than Ward against unknown fighters in Ward's own state is telling.

Ward is trying to bring as much boxing as possible to Oakland what's wrong with that ?

    Floyd stays in Vegas

    Crawford Nebraska

Thurman Collazo is headed to Tampa

I don't see why people knock fighters for trying to put their home cities on the map

a rematch froch v ward is not a wembley fight and carl knows that thats why he wanted him at the nottingham ground , ward is not a draw because of his boring style , he is pretty much a PPV disaster .

I agree with what you're saying but Mayweather/Broner are the only defensively orientated fighter who sell significantly because of the clown charade acts they play, Ward is a superb fighter to watch but he isn't particularly exciting and therefore will never really 'cross over' to the public as such, MVC somehow can't make this connection and believes Ward would help sell out wembley stadium, there is a storyline but I cannot see it moving the same seats as the grudge match with Groves, who put in a hellacious performance in the first fight and is a fighter who will throw the kitchen sink at people, Ward took Froch to school in the first fight, he's too good at avoiding being hit to create much excitement, even Froch said he'd most likely be outpointed again unless he catches him, it's not a fight that sells aside from Froch's fanbase, it'd do a similar number of seats to Froch fighting Dirrell again.

Any Froch fight would sell and Groves probably does have a bigger fanbase. He has already boxed in front of 3 crowds bigger than anything Ward has.

groves has a huge love-hate relationship with the brits and they enjoy nothing more than huge domestic fights and will fill any arena in britain to cheer on their man . andre ward is just not a draw because of the way he fights its as simple as that , in UK we are use to seeing wars in the ring , ward is not that kind of fighter and the english crowd are not interested in him , to book him for wembley would be a car crash waiting to happen . the best he can hope for is nottingham or the O2 arena . the brits want froch v golovkin anyway , now thats a fight !!!

Is this actually true, or are you on a smear job??

If it is true, then it's a lot worse than i thought for Ward.

Probably a crowd similar to an exhibition game between the Warriors and the Sacramento Kings.
