There are a ton of challenges for both Anthony at 135 and Lamont at 140.
Will they step up or will they continue to fight third tier fighters for years to come? I consider both divisions to be very dangerous right now maybe as far down as the top twenty.

I am interested to see if they are going to try and tippy toe the minefield like Floyd Jr & Zsold Erdei or take it on the chin like Jermain Taylor and Gerry Penalosa.

Come on Peterson brothers step it up and dare to be great :happy

a quick look at boxrec shows plenty of great challenges for either kid

    Anthony.....

    Marquez
    Guzman
    Reyes
    Diaz
    Valero
    Casamayor
    Katsidis
    Antonio Demarco
    Amir Kahn
    even David Diaz
    even Julio Diaz right now
    Breidis Prescott

    Lamont....

    Pac
    Hatton
    Bradley
    Campbell
    Urango
    Devon Alexander
    Witter
    Kotelnik
    Holt
    Meidanna
    Malignaggi
    Ortiz
    Mccloskey
    Torres
    D Hopkins
    Randall Bailey
    Ngoudo
    Ndou
    hell even Corley
    hell even Vivian Harris
    Ben Rabah
    MBaye
    Salita :patsch

ok how about then at least
    Mike Arnaoutis

Both brothers are ready, but they're being brought along way too softly. Blame their management staff. Lamont would beat Holt right now. These guys are ready. Their managers and promoters are just taking things way too slowly and carefully..

I hope they step up soon, but Anthony has to get his ass in the ring and soon.

Maybe you are right. Or maybe there are so many dangerous fighters at both 135 and 140, that they just want the air to clear before making a move. It might never clear though because there are always more guys coming up.

I think it is interesting because both of these guys are going to have to make a move. I got my arms crossed and a big grin on my face.

Lets see what they do. Time to do what you can do guys.

Guys like you clearly have limited knowledge of boxing. Fighter like Peterson isnt in control of anything. He isnt a number one contender yet, he isnt a draw, so for what reason would those guys on your list fight him, Im talking about Lamont. what Im saying is you dont fight guys like the Peterson brothers just because they are there. Thier to good for that, fighters arent going to fight them until they have to. No money No titles No point.
