what the hell are you talking about.... who DOESNT like pac outside a handful of haters? just because one has to root for a favorite fighter over pac doesnt mean they dont ALSO like pac.

Pac is my 4th favorite fighter.... and remains so after last night. I will now go on to root for him to destroy mayweather (though i dont think he will) and every other fighter he faces from here on out.

How can someone NOT like pac i would not understand outside of bitterness..... nobody is hopping on the bandwagon because they were already on it, they just had to root for their favorite fighter in this particular fight, and i would do so again.

that being said im not PR'can... but im just defending them lol.

While Filipinos are not considered Latinos, the Philippines is a former Spanish possession just like Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Mexico. While we are Asians, the Filipino language, food, religion, and culture has a lot of Spanish influence. If a Latino were to visit the Philippine Islands, I believe they would find themselves very comfortable in the environment... moreso than in any other Asian country.

I only bring this up because Filipinos and other Latinos have a lot more in common than most people think.

Been a closet Pacquiao fan since he KOed Ledwabah on the DLH undercard. Man he has come a long ways. Just because we pick against him in fights doesnt mean we hate him.

I'm in San ANtonio, and there's a lot of Mexicans here, duh... Anyways, I haven't met any Mexicans here who does not like or respect the Pac. Most of them were predicting KO or TKO Cotto under 6 rounds. I was the one telling them it will be around 10 rounds. I know they're not the topic bu thought I'd throw that in.

What if Cotto had been Mexican? I also thought Cotto would have beaten Pac. I was wrong. I am also a Pac fan, but not sure that he will beat PBF unless he catches him flush and makes more history.

I was rooting for Cotto but Ive always been on the Pac bandwagon since he dismantled Barrera, I realized how good this guy was. Most true blue Boricuas are rooting for Pac. They may be feeling May will win but defenitely rooting for Pac and so are most Mexicans.

That loudmouth Pimp **** doesnt play well with Latinos, niether does the ***** style of fighting especially with Mexicans. Most old scool Latinos almost to a man are rooting for Pac. Then you have your confused cornrow wearing Boricuas the one wearing his pants below his ass this idiot supports Money. Dont know if Mexicans have this type in Cali but Im sure these fools can be found everywhere.

i'm a ******* and I usually root for any of Pac's opponents who had the opportunity to fight the pacman.

Almost bought a Cotto shirt at titleboxing.com I might buy one if I get around to it.

The whole Pac-Cotto fight really got me interested in Puerto Rican culture, food and well their women. Might visit their island when I get the money and time. That's what boxing is all about. Learning about the opponent and the country that they represent.
