Will the ref in Germany be fair to Pulev or will Wlad be allowed to constantly hold?

I remember how he ****ed you UK fans idol David Haye without even using overwhelming clinching like he usually does.

What are you talking about. Clinching is cheating period. And Hopkins is a disgraceful cheating ****.

No one, and I mean no one holds more that Wlad Klit. Despite usually holding every physical advantage there is, he still refuses to give a fair fight. He's an absolute disgrace.

No, its like saying - a striker could of scored a goal if the defender didn't drag him back by the shirt.

    Cheating is cheating.

WWII has nothing to do with boxing whatsoever.

If Wlad can beat him fairly without excessive clinching, then that's fine. I'd just like to see an honest referee so Kubrat has a fair chance.

Crooked referees are an ugly stain on the sport of boxing.

The words ref, fair and Wlad should never be part of the same sentence

If the boxing authorities were concerned about taking clinching out of the game they would have needed to stop the greatest, Ali from all the excessive clinching he did back in the day. They didn't because he brought so much excitement and money into the sport with his outside the ring antics. Clinching became an accepted part of the heavyweight fight scene largely due to Ali and the boxing power structure let it slide as Ali made boxing the biggest sport in America back in the late sixties and most of the seventies. Ali had some great fights but he blatantly clinched, pushed the heads of shorter fighters down, leaned all over smaller opponents while mocking them. He extended his long left hand and held it stiff armed into opponents faces to get illegal rest periods. He made Wlad look like a piker when it came to all these questionable tactics but no one stopped him because money talks. Wlad is just following in Ali's footsteps with the clinching game taught to him by famed American trainer Manny Steward.

I just think a professional boxing referee should be fair and enforce the rules.

Worse than permitting Wlad's holding was the ref calling 2 knockdowns when Wlad used his size and weight to push Povetkin down.

On the flip side fighters should be deducted points for lowering there heads going into a crouch and diving at ones waist.

But Povetkin fought like that against Takam, and yet there wasn't much holding.

I just want to see a good fight take place. Based on styles, there may not be nearly as much clinching by W. Klitschko, but you never know what strategy he's coming with.

    May the best man win.

I have a feeling Pulev will be doing the holding.
