he hasnt gotten a bad decision in america and lets not act like fighters have not been robbed of one sided victorys (william v lara) or even robbed of their KO victorys (cintron v martinez). i still dont understand where u want the fight to be held.. its a busines aswell and with every man of every race of nationality fighting in the big venues in the U.S for the longest time i dont see where you realistically want the fight to be held.

If it was oakland youd have a point but i dnt think an american fighter typically has the home crowd advantage by a strong margain in a place as diverse in terms of boxing as vegas.

Steve byrd is the ref which i think we can agree does a good job. and is never really apart of the action.ward aient no cash cow. his style does not attract fans as you and others have pointed out countless times how he cant draw flies to **** fighting in his hometown of oakland.

I forget the judges but for the most part i remember being happy and semi confident it will be judged fairly

 

It's too late, nothing can protect Kovalev from this loss.

 

If Kovalev thinks he can just easily manhandle Ward to a street fight, he should think again. Ward is a little smarter than that. He may end up doing like Foreman against Ali...

So if I understand you correctly, prior to a previous marquee fight you said you wouldn't use an excuse, but after the fight didn't go your man's way, you then did trot out a lame excuse and are using this as an argument to dismiss the list of excuses it is suggested you might employ after tonight's fight? You can see the flaws in the logic of your posting, right?

 

The referee needs to be concerned with protecting Ward and knowing when he can give no more if his corner are not willing to do it's job. Make sure Kovalev is not able to prolong the punishment for we do not want to see another tragedy
