The only problem is getting inside through that middle range death zone of manny's. If anything this one'll test Floyd's mettle, eh

+1, tie emmanuel up to fend off his offense

It's like no man's land during World War I, B! Hatton and Cotto were beat up because they didn't know how to get into closer ranges. Those guys don't have a well timed lead right hand to use as a battering ram, so they can create an entrance into the pocket.

That cross of floyds will be a huge factor in the fight and is actually the reason why i favor him in this fight. I hope he's ready to beat manny's face in with combos because a single shot can't really dissuade the guy all that much, you have to unload on him to make him shell up or freeze.

Freddie should have Manny practice his straight left to the plexus for great success

Mayweather will need to throw that straight right, get out of range...and as Pacquiao comes after him, throw another 2-3 shots. Pacquiao always likes to catch his opponents right after they have caught him, Mayweather cannot be there.

Also, Mayweather will need to take advantage if Pacquiao allows him a free shot. I've noticed Pacquiao in his last 2 bouts has been kind of fighting in spurts...he still outworks his opponent though.

Exactly, when you see manny take one or get countered his immediate response is to fire back with combinations, arguably his biggest strength is that he's one of those rare fighters in history that when hurt roars back with a vengeance.

Pacquiao fights in spurts now because he fights a lot smarter, picks his punches better. before he was just going out there and railing fighters into submission. Now you see him doing cuter things like drawing a fighter back to counter, throwing feints in here and there properly, jabbing more consistently, and circling for openings with his feet. As a result, he's absorbed less punishment and broken down his opponents more convincingly

Yeah definitely...he's a lot more patient in his approach compared to say the Marquez bout(s). Although you can see he gets frustrated from time to time when his opponent doesn't want to engage (the guy loves to fight)...Cotto and Clottey bouts. He can't allow himself to get frustrated against Mayweather though...Mayweather will do everything he can to upset Pacquiao's rhythm and offense, if he gets frustrated Mayweather will have won mentally.

Floyd would/will be a bit bigger alrite but i dont think that fight will be decided on size, no way, its skill that will win that one and floyd is the guy with more skills but pac has an outside shot at winning imo

He might be the biggest, but he certainly ain't the best, Morales and Barrera were both bigger threats than Margo is.

There size won't play that much of a factor. Floyd is not a giant compare to Pac. Both figters have beaten opponets taller and bigger then them. What's gonna be a big factor is Floyd skill compare to Pacs. But most pac fans and haters are gonna use the size factor once Floyd beat him. If size really matter then Pac should not be fighting Margarito.

look at their history,no difference in weight.the only difference is floyd,s reach if he can use it to his advantage
