Will the swarmer/pressure fighting style work best against Bud?

Honestly it's hard to say, but my gut instinct is being an athletic freak, or strong enough to impose your will on him.

 

I think he matches up against any style, but I’d give a powerful slugger with good hand speed the best chance.

 

didnt turn out for porter. from 5 on he had him solved. Baiting shawn to throw then moving backwards faster the shawn could move forwards and countering and running him into shots.

canelo is a diff beast but i dont think he can just press in without taking a ton of punishment. That will be a couter striking match from the outside, when canelo gets down he will start to press but im not sure it will work. Might just run into shots.

Them bodyshots porter running into were hell, garuntee that. If your gonna be successful swarming crawford you gotta be stronger then him physically because you cant allow him to tie you up and you gotta be able to hurt him. porter couldnt do either with any success. won two or three rounds tops if you wee generous and maybe a family member.

Swarming Crawford didn't work too well for Jeff Horn. Even though it did work well for him against Pacquiao and most others.

 

Crawford can deal with swarmers. It'll take a Vernon Forrest-type to beat him I think. Tricky, long, 1-2 combo fighter with range, power, and speed. Undominable spirit with rock solid self belief (so he won't panic in late rds vs Crawford) and doesn't overcommit (usually). But still has that killer instinct glimmer in his eye. damn I miss seeing Forrest box.
